Rescheduling Policy

  • Last-Minute Changes: While we strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests, changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will apply.
